Here we are in November....with Four Months of Competition to go before the National Championships in March and this weekend the New South Wales State Relay Championships are on!!! Two days of intense competition...Four Men ...running for their club...each with an ambition to win....but....a Relay at High Speed is an Exciting event...Once the Gun goes...there are nine teams...everyone wants to win...there is great rivalry...but also great friendship and fun....
Running a Relay is like trying to feed an egg to a baby while riding on horse back and trying not to spill the egg or drop the baby....its a real tough act.....
Of course I'm thrilled to be running alongside World Champion Chris Mc.Cormick and other great champions...they are good friends and I am really glad that at the moment I am not carrying any major injuries...
Also from my viewpoint I'm at the beginning of a very beautiful personal relationship and I am over the moon...which makes it all the better because the Energy Field that Surrounds me is radiating and I feel that I can run to the moon and back....which is pretty crazy considering I'm a sprinter...I'll have to put on my Acme Rocket Shoes!
Beautiful Energy is available to all...we just have to recognise it when it presents itself and have no fears...no inhibitions...just Go For It....This weekend thats exactly what I intend to do.....
World Masters Games Sydney 2009 is counting down...It is going to be fantastic...unbelievable...and for Sydney ...the Greatest Sporting Event since the Olympic Games....
